Identity & mandate
Who we are
ESG Cooperation Hub is a Hong Kong-based multi-stakeholder platform for responsible business conduct, human rights and environmental due diligence, supply-chain risk prevention, stakeholder dialogue, mediation, remediation, and capacity building.
Mandate
We connect businesses, workers, trade unions, communities, civil society organisations, NGOs, academia, and public institutions to support practical and accountable ESG implementation.
ESG Hub engages in its own name and in line with its public-interest mission. It does not conduct undisclosed client-specific advocacy before EU institutions.

Our method
Proactive Mediation Mechanism (PMM)
PMM is ESG Hub's working method for identifying and addressing supply-chain human rights, labour, and environmental risks before they escalate into legal disputes or public controversies.
Stakeholder engagement
Convene companies, workers, unions, communities, NGOs, and public actors where relevant.
Mediation & negotiation
Use neutral experts, standards, and fact-based discussion to reduce escalation.
Action plan & remediation
Define responsibilities, timelines, corrective actions, and remediation goals.
Monitoring & learning
Track implementation, support capacity building, and extract non-confidential lessons.
PMM public learning uses non-confidential, aggregated, or anonymised information. Sensitive case materials are not submitted to public institutions without appropriate authorisation and safeguards.

Registration status and boundaries
The EU Transparency Register shows the public which interests are represented at EU level, by whom, on whose behalf, and with what resources. ESG Hub is preparing its entry and will not describe itself as registered until validation.

ESG Hub separates confidential case-handling from public policy learning. Public materials are based on non-confidential, aggregated, or anonymised information unless parties have expressly authorised disclosure.
